KILGORE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Skeeter Products, Inc. recently hosted its annual Southern Dealer Meeting, in Longview, Texas, at the Maude Cobb Convention Center, introducing two new boat models for 2020 and building momentum for a successful season.
“Our annual dealer meetings are very important in setting the stage for a successful year ahead. Dealers are on the front lines with our customers, and we value and appreciate their feedback and input,” said Jeff Stone, Senior Vice President, Skeeter Boats. “We depend on our dealers to help deliver the best boating experiences, and we’re excited to announce two new models for 2020 that will enhance our customers’ passion for boating and fishing.”
During the meeting, Skeeter dealers learned about the Skeeter FXR boats, new for model year 2020. The 2020 FXR is Skeeter’s premier packaged bass boat series. The FXR has a totally new hull design as well as a larger, wider cockpit, deck and bow allowing for greater fishability. It also offers a smooth ride, great lift and speed, excellent stability and maneuverability, and an overall enhanced performance for today’s dedicated anglers. The FXR is available to dealers in August of 2019.
Skeeter also introduced the SX2550, a new in- or off-shore boat that comes with the high-performance features signature to Skeeter’s top-quality bay boats. At 24 feet, 6 inches, the SX2550 is the largest in the Skeeter SX bay boat family and is scheduled for distribution to dealers in July of 2019.
