In a stunning victory that required a tie-breaker procedure to decide the victor, 15-year-old Jackson Roumbanis from Russellville, Arkansas, became the youngest competitor to win a Hobie Bass Open Series (BOS) Anchored by Power-Pole® event. USA Kayak Fishing is excited to announce their 2022 Pan American team. This team will be competing this August at Mexico’s famed big bass factory Lake Cuchillo. This is the second Pan American kayak fishing championships sanctioned by the Pan American Sportfishing Federation. Pre-covid, the inaugural Pan American championship was held in Cookeville, TN on Centerhill lake.
